Zack enjoys rolling up his sleeves to get involved in a project, which is part of what makes each project so much fun to him.

The Hitchcock GRP looks to partner with organizations to fill their real estate & construction needs, including site selection, lease/contract negotiation, design consulting, construction oversight, owners' representation, property/facility management, related real estate support, and brokerage.

We strive to add value to every project through hard work, persistence and integrity. Our job is to provide clients with the expertise needed to ensure the project sees completion in a sound, timely & cost effective manner.

Zack received a Certificate of Completion in Negotation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online and a Diploma in Construction, Building & Management at New York University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University, attended the University of Westminster in London, England where he studied International Business with a focus in Real Estate, and attended the Ethical Culture Fieldston School from K – 12th grades.

Zack Holds a NJ Real Estate Salesperson License, is Dual Citizen of The United States & United Kingdom and his hobbies include athletics, photography & working through challenging projects.

Zack grew up in the Bronx and now lives with his wife, two sons and dog in Northern NJ.
