Zack Hitchcock, Founder and Principal
Zack Hitchcock brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate, construction, project delivery, and facilities management. He works directly with owners and operating teams to translate business requirements into practical facility strategies and executable capital plans.
His hands-on approach emphasizes disciplined coordination, transparent communication, and early identification of project risks. From site selection and feasibility through design, construction, startup, and ongoing facility operations, Zack remains focused on protecting the owner's objectives.
Zack grew up in the Bronx and lives in Northern New Jersey with his family.
